smell: almunds in some sort of a way ?!, fairly sweet, lemonade, grains , citric,wheats ’n yeast
taste: start is sweet with a yeasty background, some sparkling tastes of wheats and carbo hits the mouth , also some flowery/ violets tasted inside , bitter palate , something peppery in the end , dry palate , grassy aftertaste... really it’s not the best white i tasted but i have to say i am impressed since i didn’t expect this when looking at the bottle , pretty good one ....

Bottle from Bier Temple. Yellow murky body with okay head. Nose of citrus, perfume fruits. Taste is herbal, soapy and lots of citrus. Spicy notes. Quite nice. Much better than expected.

Bottle. Hazy amber gold, low white cap. Aroma is yeasty, wheaty, subtle spices. wheaty palate with low spice. Finish is tart. Not my favourite wit, but passable.

Hazy blond yellow coloured beer with small white head and lots of carbonation. Hoppy yeasty aroma with some citrus touches.Nice full sparkling palate with abitter touch. Finish is yeasty ending dry bitter with a sweet touch. Nice beer.

Biggish white head. Hazy pale yellow body. Mealy herbal perfumy aroma, kind of dense. Dryish mealy fruity herbal taste with soapy perfumy notes. Light body. Mild mouthfeel. Dryish mealy herbal coriander aftertaste with fruity citric notes. Nice, drinkable, a bit dense to be really refreshing in this heat, though, but that’s in keeping with the name. Unremarkable, really. Lots of taste in the bottom sludge, which gives more character, and raised the rating. (0.33l bottle, de Biertempel, Brugge.)

[2662-20091216] 250mL bottle. Mild apple yeast blossom aroma. Hazy, light brown orange body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Fruity malt flavour has a little yeasty fruit aftertaste. Medium body. Drinkable, interesting fruit effects in the aftertaste.

Nice, eazy to sink Witbier. I liked the bottle -with a horse drinking this brew. Spicy upfront . A light tart dryness and clove tang.

2009-12-04. Hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, yeasty what. 6+ Flavour is likewise sweet, what, pale malt, light yeast, light bitterness in the finish has a slight bite to it.
