250ml Bottle It pours quite a cloudy orange body with a white head than vanishes quickly leaving a medium lacing. Its aroma is sweet but with hints of orange and caramel. It tastes is unfortunately sweet with hints of orange and coriander. it finish is bitter and slightly tart. Not so sure I’d buy this one again - nothing stands out other than the sweetness.

Lichtbruin troebel bier zonder schuim. Smaak is licht zoet en lichtbitter met een kruidige smaak. Vreemd om dit een witbier te noemen. Etiket is inmiddels gewijzigd.

"poured pretty yellow for a white. average at best - the yeast, coriander and/or citrus just isn’t very assertive, but there’s really nothing that takes away from it either. falls just short

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2014 One of the commissioned ’donkey beers’, this one by Bavik (now De Brabandere), which had already produced forerunners of it in past years. Cream white, dense moussy, regularly structured foam, ochre blonde colour with peachy hue, hazy. Malty, quite full aroma with only faint wheat sourishness and equally subtle coriander, impressions of straw, pineapple, honey and sulphur. Smooth in the mouth, malt sweet, honeyish with slight wheatiness in the onset and light spiciness, finishing rather sweet and in that sense not as refreshing as a witbier should be. In all: nothing too bad, but not really true to the style. Also tasted under its former alias I(n) A(more).

Smaakt als een typisch witbier genre Hoegaarden waar ik niet echt fan van ben.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour, white foam. Malty aroma with notes of citrus and coriander. Light sour hints. Watery. Not really special.

25cl flesje gekregen als cadeau. Alcoholpercentage van 6,8%, vrij veel voor een witbier. Uiterlijk: goudoranje kleur, kleine schuimkraag Aroma en smaak: fruitig, granig Conclusie: lekker, maar niet apart ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured a hazy orange amber with a frothy off white head. Aroma of sweet fruit, lactose and wheat. Medium body, flavour as the aroma. Fairly standard but nice Wit.

250 ml bottle. A196. BB 15/01/15. From belgianbeerfactory.com.
Hazy light brown colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Malt, mild bitterness, metal notes and spices in the aroma. Not very fresh. The flavour is wheat, yeasty bitterness, spices and some hops. Dark and musty. Not my kind of Witbier.
