Hints of vanilla, hops and soap in the aroma. Medium bodied. Some hops and vanilla in the flavor. Hints of apple anfd boiled milk. Malty. The slightest touch of metal. Drinkable.
2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 bhensonb (7575) - Woodland, California, USA - SEP 1, 2007
Aroma is a bit sour. A bit grapey. A bit malty. A bit grassy. Brassy gold color with a white head that seems to endure. Thin to medium bodied, with moderate carbonation that is nearly creamy. The flavor? Some decent bitter, but it suggests metallica in this mix. The previous notes about cardboard - yes, but whatever that is, I could call it grapey. Malt? Yes, but the sweetness is not strong, and the finish is bitter. Nicely bitter. With an accompanying aspect that suggests the aftertaste of the old Grapette soft drink. Just a slight aspect. Rephrasing: It’s a lager with nice aroma, decent carbonation, some sweet malt, a fruity note, and enough bitter to satisfy. Way better than the mass American products.
1.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 hopscotch (7523) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JAN 19, 2006
UPDATED: APR 18, 2008 Draft... Very light yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. I get nothing out of the aroma at all. Completely nondescript... but not offensive. The flavor is just a touch citrusy and way too sweet for me. No balance at all. Finishes bittersweet.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 imdownthepub (7461) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 19, 2005
Bottled, pasteurised, 330ml. Golden colour with forced CO2 head. Thin, malty, bready flavours without much aroma or hoppiness. Dry but harsh on the tongue, there is an acidity in the aftertaste. Not very keen on this.

Bottle from Party Town, KY. Poured clear pale color with a small frothy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Light grassy aroma. Light body with soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light bittersweet finish of moderate duration.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Lubiere (6979) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 23, 2004
Hazy blonde pilsner which spews skunk once open. Very little foamy white head. Rather sweet perfumy taste with boiled corn. Blah!
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 JorisPPattyn (6724) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - APR 30, 2003
(Draught) Completely clear-pale gold. Thick regular white head. Nerbal nose, some hops, little malt, chaff. Taste is reasonably hoppy, with a very outspoken malty underbuild, character like of müesli. Empty mouthfeel, bittereffect in aftertaste. A pilsener, unimportant, unthreatening.
2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 Sammy (6113) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 14, 2007
A creamy drinkable and tasty lager, with some yeast in it. A find at Eagle Provisions in NYC. Yellow with some cloudiness in it, some white head and drops of lace. Smooth drinking. Offset some spicey food. Smartly malted, a versatile beer.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 DocLock (5966) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 3, 2005
Gold color with aroma of hopcit and some honey. I also sensed slight thiols, which doesn’t make sense for a beer in an amber bottle. At any rate, this one tasted slightly hoppy and citrusy, with a smallish malt backbone, and some finishing malty sweetness. Unappealing, and not something I’d have again.
