5%ABV. Pils. Poured out of the bottle a pale clear blonde. 4ºSRM. Nose is full of wheat flour and wheat dough aromas. Clean and not very aggressive, but just because its subtle doesn’t mean this is a simple brew. Mouhfeel is light watery with pronounced carbonation. The palate is pale malt, with water biscuit with plenty of wheaty type flavors of flour, dough and raw peanuts. Still malt balanced but with a very brief hoppy appearance to cut the palate off. Finish is clean wheaty, beery and brief. Would be another good food pairing beer: fish, curry, yakitori, paella or some noodle dish, maybe pho.

Bottle from my hubby’s stash. Almost greenish yellow with a thin, but fairly lasting white head and decent lacing. Smells vegetal, cereally, and citric. A little honey comes out in the flavor plus some citricness that lends more of an astringent feel than a flavor but cuts the sweetness. A tad harsh.

This is just a super weak beer all around. Light from the appearance to the finish. It has the typical Belgian flavors but minimal body.

Bottled, 25 cl. Shows a clear yellow with a fluffy white head on it. Low-keyed bready nose. Aroma brings pale malts escorted by mild grassy hops, crisp mouthfeel. Short and rather sweet finish underpainted by shy hints of grassy hops again.

Served at the Trappe Door (SC) in their own tulip glass. {from notes] Crystal clear golden with a small white head. Only a little carbonation is visible. M light-medium body. Crisp. Barely adequate carbonation. Clean, malty finish. Low carbonation for style O: a typical Czech pils ... but from Belgium.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2015 Sour after taste, pale golden colored. Foams up quickly. Pretty okay for a pilsner, I?ve tasted better.
