2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Poured a nice golden yellow color with small fizzy, white head. Nose is faint with yeast being the main component. Taste is crisp and clean. More flavor than an American pilsner. Very refreshing with sweet fruity malt with just enough hops to balance it out.

Straw blond. Moderately strong aroma of pale malts that also comes through in the taste together with some grassy notes. Quite a creamy mouthfeel.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bright and light aroma.Almost clear golden color. Reminds me of Stella but a bit smoother. Pils zing at first then an almost creamy aftertaste which i dont understand or want to believe but that’s what I’m getting. Damn good for a cheap Pils. Would drink with disc golf.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bavik is Belgium´s best pils. Way better than Stella Artois, Jupiler or Maes. Clear golden color with nice white foam and a clean aroma. The taste is more like a Bavarian Helles than a pils, although a little less malty than a Bavarian Helles. All in all a nice beer. A step up from Stella and Heineken.
Only drawback is that it is hard to find.
