From tap at Draft House. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light cornish. Mild fruity, grassy and hayish. Bitter and grassy finish.

August 12, 2011 - draught at Dean Swift (as Dean Swift Belgian Pilsener). Clear bubbly gold with an average creamy white head. Smells like a grassy pils with light spicy/yeasty "Belgian" character. Taste is a bit sweet - honey, grassy - simple but clean. Light-bodied, mild carbonation, quick-finishing and no aftertaste. Meh - good with my meal.

On tap at Dean Swift, Tower Bridge, 9th April 2011, as "Dean Swift Belgian Pilsner". Good pilsner looks - golden with a little head. Lively taste is crisp and clean with loads of grain coming through. Very good pilsner IMHO. Fresh, tasty and clean equals good.

On keg at The Charles Lamb, Islington, London. Pale gold with slight head. Pretty straightforward light Pils, a touch of flowery hop on a standard thin body. Nothing special.

RBESG August 2011, Drafthouse, London Bridge. Pale golden with a small white head. Weak grainy and herbal aroma. Sweetish and slightly fruity malt flavour

4 Slightly plasticky dusty aroma.
2 Pale and fizzy
4 Clean, but very dull. Hopping low. Not worthy of the name pilsner.
2 Fizzy. DUll plasticky finish. Barest hint of hops.

Draught at Draft House, Tower Bridge - RBESG 2011 (As Draft House Belgian Pilsner). Clear golden - white head. Sulfor, egg, bread, dryness, citrus, hay, straw, clean, fine micro pilsner.

Draft in The Draft House, Tower Bridge branch under it’s alias ’Draft House Belgian Pilsener’. Very pale yellow and clear. Nose is nicely hoppy with dry grass and straw character. Taste is light and delicate, dry grass with just a touch of bitterness on the finish. It was served very cold here and was very light and refreshing. Good palate cleanser between heavier beers!
