COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A heavily-hopped, West Coast-style IPA. Bold, complex flavors with a solid malt backbone and assertive hop profile, along with cold conditioning give this beer its crisp, clean finish.

One of the Best IPAs I have had in a long time. Nice earthy aroma...Taste is bold with a great west coast hop vibe but mouth feel is not overwhelming. Finishes crisp.

My latest go to IPA! While definitely NOT a session beer, well worth adding a bit of bite to top off your day! On tap slightly smoother than can but both an intense time!

Aroma: Nose fully of complex west coast hop fruit - passion fruit, mango tropicals most pronounced. Appearance: Bright orange to light brown w/ unfiltered haze. Taste: Great complex hop flavor with a perfect complementary malt light sweetness. Palate: Full bodied hop punch with just enough malty background to support it. Overall: One of, if not the best truly balanced high hop American IPAs. A must buy when and where you can get it.

Draft. Pours caramel in color with off white head that lingers. Hop aroma up front. Nice hop flavor that isn't overwhelming but not complex or boozy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pillowy white head. Deep amber color. Heavy hop aroma. Taste is dominatedby the hops but does have a strong malt backbone. Has a clean hop finish. Well done Baxter Brewing!

12oz can bought at Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury, VT. The guys from the brewery were there hawking their wares, and who was I to say no? Poured into a Shaker, bright orange colour with a 1cm head that stuck around a good long while. Classic IPA aromas - citrus, pine resin, tropical spices (mace, cloves, maybe a hint of anise) and a biscuity, bready note underneath. Pleasantly bitter, not imperial/double in-your-face bitter but bitter nonetheless, with a good, slightly sweet malt heart. Lively carbonation, crisp finish with a piney aftertaste that begs another sip. An excellent representation of the style - I’d buy more.

Smells of pineapple mango pine resin for the nice malt almost caramel backdrop. It’s got a perfect gold amber color to it. Taste flood your mouth tropical fruits and a strong pine resin finish nice malt backbone to smooth out all the hops. Nice carbonation perfect for this beer. Baxter’s always making good stuff keep up the good work.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Julio’s Liquors. Aroma is strong fruit and citrus. Appearance is beautiful, clear, dark copper with minimal attractive sparkle, two-finger width fluffy white head after aggressive pour and nice sudsy lacing. Taste is surprisingly forward sweet malt (mainly caramel) with fruit and citrus with bitter ending. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, slightly sticky texture, average carbonation (could be a tad more) and bitter, dry, crisp finish. Overall, this is a nice IPA. Good West Coast flavor without getting overly bitter. Surprising amount of malt in the flavor.
