It’s unclear dark amber with a huge, creamy head, and the aroma is like the sweet flavor, that has notes of yeast, light clove, caramel, banana, wheat and the finish is slightly spicy. It’s a nice dunkle weisse.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, dark golden body and a small, dense, off-white head leaving some lacings. Caramel and banana blends nicely in the aroma, with some buttery hints I don’t appreciate. Cloves and a lemony wheat touch too. The flavor is on the banana side, with buttery caramel, cloves and some citrus. Full-bodied and effervescent. The end is too much on the buttery side, nuts, banana and wheat too. A beer that becomes too cloying after a few sips, but it drinks quite easily for some time. 110128
