(bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown colour with a big and slightly tanned foamy head. Dusty and slightly toasty malty aroma with berry-fruity, a clovy touch and hints of cacao. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty and slightly caramel-malty taste with notes of dark and red berries; slightly sweet and sour-fruity, wheaty finish with a mildly clove-spicy touch. Drinkable Dunkelweizen. 11.X.10

It’s unclear dark amber with a huge, creamy head, and the aroma is like the sweet flavor, that has notes of yeast, light clove, caramel, banana, wheat and the finish is slightly spicy. It’s a nice dunkle weisse.

Bottle from petrol station near Munchen. Hazy brown color with small white head. Aroma of banana, caramel. Taste, banana, yeast, oranges, spices, dusty notes. Fruity finish. Not so bad.

At a tasting, pours clear red with a nice creamy head, aroma of peach, guava, bubblegum, chocolate and yeast, flavor of apricot, malt and malt acidity, medium to light bodied.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Dror. Clear brown color. Aroma of fruit esters, yeast, caramel and spicy notes. Sweetish flavor of bread, malt, some fruitiness and a slightly acidic finish. Light to medium-bodied. So-so.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, dark golden body and a small, dense, off-white head leaving some lacings. Caramel and banana blends nicely in the aroma, with some buttery hints I don’t appreciate. Cloves and a lemony wheat touch too. The flavor is on the banana side, with buttery caramel, cloves and some citrus. Full-bodied and effervescent. The end is too much on the buttery side, nuts, banana and wheat too. A beer that becomes too cloying after a few sips, but it drinks quite easily for some time. 110128

Bottle 50cl. A cloudy brown beer with huge head and good lacing. Smell is very perfumed and wheat like. Aroma is medium sweet, with good wheat malt notes, brown bread, slightly toasted, nice fruity taste at the finish. Drinkable but not exceptional, just pleasant.

Hazy medium matt orange amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, butter, yeast, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, caramel, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110128]

Pours clear amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of wheat, hay and malt. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
