Found in notes from the B.United open house ! Poured from a tanker truck at the importers open house. Hazy yellow body, sprtizy lacto nose with round rustic grain lingering. Palate is bright and tart with a round full mouthfeel that creates a unique contrast and mimics the heavy cereal grain bill usually found in berliners but adds a complexity that is intriguing as well as satisfying ! Tasted amazing with some woodfired pizza in the hot sun!

12oz pour at PPD. Pours a clear straw gold with some cloudy white head. Nose is lemon, lavender, straw, a little champagne, some lurking earthy sweetness maybe from the oats. Flavor is solid, tart, lemon, straw, grass, a little pith. Tart but clean finish.

transparent straw-gold, wispy with large bubbled white head. Spritzy lemon nose, light wheat and faintly stalk. Flavor is thin, sticky lemon, acids lightly burning through very thin, low lactic low grain finish. Not much of anything, bit of too-soft grains in end, soda like consistency and profile.

Draught @ Tuulensuu, Tampere. Yellow hazy beer with a bubbly white head. Very sour aroma with wheat and oat. The same goes with the flavour. Reminds a bit of Belgian geuze lambic. Very tasty for such a low ABV beer. My first Berliner Weisse.

Bottle thanks to Travlr. Pours a cloudy golden with decent head. The nose is citrus, yeast, wheat, and light lacto. The palate is nicely tart, with flavors of wheat, light acidity, peaches. Creamy and fuller mouthfeel than normal, nicely done.
