Bottle from mattyb83. Hazy pale yellow-gold color that pours with a huge fizzy head that dies down to practically nothing. The aroma is quite nice; freshly squeezed lemons, flowers, grass, yeast, and orange peel. Pretty tart stuff, packing a pretty good punch. Tastes like a mix of lemonade and orange juice with a tart and funky wild yeast element. A little bit of a woody flavor mixes in. Pretty good stuff.

On tap: pour is murky light golden with a fine bubbled white head that retains well, with light lacing present. The nose is Apple.skins, grain, lemon rind, and.some.mild.funk. this one is tart, sure, but whatever, I’m a sour head. No syrup needed. Wheat, lemon, mild funk, with more sour notes. A nice one for sure

On tap at Blue Monk in Buffalo, NY. Pours a hazy golden with white head. Very sharp smell and even sharper taste. Very vinegary; a friend likened it to a lemonhead. Took me forever to drink. Damn good beer though.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20 Suttree (3925) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAY 13, 2012
Pale gold. Very Pale. Big spongy white head. Citrusy, lemon aroma. Very Sour, as is to be expected. Lemony, white vinegar, hints of brett funk, but not as much as I was expecting. Still, very tasty and quaffable. I liked it.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 joeneugs (1598) - Livermore, California, USA - MAY 9, 2012
On draft at Beer Rev. It pours a very light clear yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is fresh bread and yeast with some fairly heavy lactic notes. The flavor is mouthpuckering with beautiful bright lemon, bread and yogurt. Very sour finish. Light in the body, but if feels bigger than it is. Great berliner.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 kbutler1 (1115) - Minnesota, USA - MAY 4, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clouody pale yellow color with a big, fizzy white head that settles pretty quickly. Nice aroma of lemon zest and slight florals. Light mouthfeel. Zesty and refreshing. Lemon and citrus notes really dominate this one. Ends slightly funky. This is a really enjoyable beer. It’s interesting to me that it pours so "heady" but after it settles there is literally zero head left. Tasty.

Chubby 330 ml bottle shared by birchstick- thanks again, Jon! Pours a hazy, super pale yellow color with a finger of soft bone white head. Bretty, funky aroma with lemon, grass, and herbs. Some cheese in there, too. The flavor is the same but takes a little longer to get going before a tart, lemony finish. Very tart mouthfeel with a light body and high carbonation. This is great.

Pale lemonad color with a bubbly white head. Aroma is funky, cheese, lemons, lots of lemons and tartness in the nose. Flavor is sour and juicy. Lots of lemon juice, yeasty funk,, finishes very sour and leaves my mouth watering for more. Man this is really good and cool as hell.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 burg326 (1056) - Florida, USA - APR 16, 2012
On draft at the Brass Tap Sour Breakfast, poured a cloudy darker yellow, with aromas of barnyard funk, and some lemons. The aroma is already making me pucker. However the flavor was not too tart, some wheat, lemon, funk all where in there, but overall wasn’t the sourest beer of the day. This is a nice beer, thought it was one of the better ones for the breakfast that day.
