COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gose spiced with coriander, vanilla, nutmeg, clove, cardamon, coriander & orange peel. The spices do not overwhelm the Gose at all - instead it brings out the unique flavors of the Gose and adds a citrus touch to it.

Draft at the Birch. Clear golden orange color with no real head. The aroma is really where the nutmeg like spice appears. The flavor is more like a traditional, slightly goze but very light salinity. Nice.

[6256-20140419] Tap? Spices and light floral aroma. Hazy, pale yellow orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head. Lemon grains flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

On tap @Vino Bellissimo / Lima OH --- Hazy light amber, white rim head, dots of lace. This is an American brew pretending to be a gose. Taste is a rancid and sour oleo margarine flavor that moves without incident through the palate to a short indifferent finish. Disappointingly weak.

Draft at Churchkey. Cloudy golden yellow color, bright white head. Aroma of cereal, light citrus, herbs, clove. Taste is softly sour holiday spices. Tasty.

Sample at the sour event at World of Beer Brewery District on 5/25/14. Clear gold in color with a thick white head. Aroma of spice, coriander, lemon and light tartness. Malty and lemony flavor with some coriander herbal character before a salty and semi tart finish.

Tap at taproom 307. interesting nose of salty wheat like most gose but then with Christmas spice? tastes of nutmeg, cloves, salt, wheat, lemon, peppercorns, maybe some tangerine. great palate of zingy tart gose. pretty neat indeed

2014-04-19. Hazy orangey body modest white head. 3+ Aroma is pleasantly fruity and lightly tangy. Flavour is pleasantly fruity, lightly tangy and sour, very lightly salty. Mild undertones of cereal grains, but pleasantly so. Smooth average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Relatively simple but delightfully refreshing. On tap at Spuyten Duyvil, Brooklyn

Enjoyed this one tonight at Bittercreek.... Pours the standard pale golden... slightly hazed... a bit more head retention than the Pineus. Nose has all the standard Leipziger qualities, but is punctuated by something that makes me thin Xmas spices.... Clove oil. Flavor mirrors the aroma with a more pronounced clove, but also with some orange zest and hints of dusty nutmeg. Okay.... I am glad I got a chance to try this one, but I like the Pineus and the standard gose much better.
