Bottle@Home. Holy crap! This is different! And wonderful! Complex aroma of wood, sweet apples, citrus and spiced. No head, golden. Sweet, sourish, salty, woody, tequila. Boozy and sticky. Complex, balanced, well done.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of salt, malt, tequila, alcohol, and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of tequila, malt, alcohol, over ripe fruits, and salt, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Very interesting. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. An Imperial Gose?? Now I’d be damned!! Pours a cloudy golden with a smallish white head. Very spicy almost perfumy nose - kinda coriandery. Medium body, slightly tart, overripe fruits bordering rotten. Salty I dunno, but interesting indeed. 080512

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy bright pale amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of heavy bubble-gum, pineapple and light booze, quite minty, with a hint of orange zest and earth. flavour is again quite heavy on the bubble-gum, slightly boozy, with some more mint and citrus fruits in the slightly tart minerally finish. heavy-bodied with very soft carbonation.
