Tap @43 hours of sour. Pours opaque black, large brown head, puffy, dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is smoky, funky, dusty, roasty. Flavor is light sweet, bitingly acidic, lightly tart, roasty. Medium body, harsh and biting. Meh.

Draft at Ginger Man. Pours near black with a beige head. Tart berries, lightly roasted malts, mild woody tannins, moderate acidity, and a relatively dry bretty funky finish. Damn. I donít know how the hell these Zymatore beers come together so well, but the last few Iíve tried have been phenomenal, this one included. Flavors are all super well balanced; just a great punch of flavor without being too over the top or overwhelming. Awesome awesome stuff.
