Pour out of 12 oz bottle, hazy orange pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of lemon, salt, hints of grain, biscuit, bread, slight honey, vanilla, touch of earth, pretty nice. Taste is a mix of sweet vanilla, grain, biscuit, touch of lemon, slight earth, touch of spice, yeast, nice lactic note, finishing fairly tart, slightly sweet, dry. Tasty!

Tasted at RBBWG II. 2.5 year old bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Nose is spicy, minerals, mild malt backbone. Taste is spice, minerals, slightly sour, tangy with a little orange. Light in body with average carbonation. Interesting.

Tap at Ma Che, Roma, 09/02/13.
Having been to the brewpub a few times I never intended to catch up on this one when surrounded by good Italian beers - put it down to my poor communication skills - however all was not lost as I knew it was a good offering!
Lightly hazed pale blonde with a good white cap.
Nose is pale malt, fruits, mineral tones, lemon, citrus.
Taste follows - light sour and tarte notes, floral, citric bitterness.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, light tarteness in the finish.
Decent.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 TURDFERGUSON (3567) - Carrboro, North Carolina, USA - FEB 14, 2013
Finally found this in a normal size bottle at a normal price point. Bottle from Carrboro Bev. I’ve actually had 3-4 goses but this is my first authentic version. I found it nice and refreshing but I think I still like most of te American ones I’ve had over this one. Just stronger flavors all around here. That’s how we do.

This beer was awesome! Bright cloudy gold pour with a crackling white head. Nose is herbal with a really nice acidity and tartness. Wonderful spice in the nose and lightly bready notes. Just awesome.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20 Mortlach (715) - Rome, ITALY - FEB 9, 2013
09/02/2013 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Dorata, leggermente torbida, buona schiuma biancastra, abbastanza persistente. Al naso è acidula, con malto e note di limone e spezie, molto ben bilanciata e gradevole. In bocca è acidula, limonosa e speziata, sapida nel finale, molto rinfrescante e fragrante. Corpo leggero, appena watery, carbonazione leggera. Gran bella birra, da bere a litri!

Had on draft at Ma Che. Pours ultra clear pale yellow with a huge white head. Nose is sweat, straw, grass. Taste is tart and salt, followed by some decent sweetness. Well balanced. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, light body and a long finish.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 NikkTwist (887) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 30, 2013
UPDATED: MAR 29, 2013 Draft at the Farmers Cabinet. Hazy light amber with an overflowing frothy white head. Light pungent sour with a delicate fruity hoppy balance. Orange pineapple. Lemon seeds. Yeasty sourdough bread. Subtler impressive flavors that feel like a fruity orchard. Lemon drops. Thyme. Slight tinge of funky Brett. Generally feels a bit too light but has a buttery powdery texture that rescues it. Quite unique in that way. Update: Found it again in bottle at Eulogy. Similar, but feels more "toasted" than it did on draft. More of a juicy fragrant punch also.
