Angrygerman himself said he would be impresed if i found Gose in the US of A. Well sir, how’d ya like me know. Pours slightly hazy straw yellow, thin white head with plenty of staying power from the large amount of carbonation. Corriander and salt wisp through the nostrils. I am quite surprised how salty this smells, like a well made philadelphia pretzel. Taste features more of the corriander wrap around a good wheat base. Light bodied, but not watery. Boom.

11.2 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy straw color with a white head of foam that fizzles down to a thin cap. Aroma is very light and fruity with busy a touch of salty zing hiding in the back. Its just salty enough to make the mouth water. Wheaty, bready notes come through in the taste. I also get a bit of salted lemon. Interesting style. One I could get into, I think.

Pretty hazy orange brew. Smells of sulfur, honey, and spice. Tastes like salty lemony apple juice. Light carbonation seems natural fermented. Strong sour finish. Would be better with slightly less salt and better aroma. Pretty tasty though.

Interesting. It has a rather unique wheat and sour thing going on in both the aroma and the taste. The pour is a murky gold with a thin white head that leaves minimal lacing. The coriander up front makes you assume it’s going to be a typical wheat flavored beer but the sour taste that follows really makes this different. it’s not exactly the best blend or easiest drinking beer but I like it’s originality. Not bad!

Pours a light yellow with medium carbonation. Looks like any ole lager. Aromas of light pepper, slight lemon, and coriander. Flavors of light lemon, light coriander, slight peppery note, slight orange peel, and light grain. Leaves just a light grain aftertaste and just enough of salt in the finish to "let you know its there." Interesting style. My first to try from it.

From the bottle, shared at NHC. Pours a pale gold, hazy with a white head. Nose has some yogurt, light crackery wheat and citrus-coriander. Clean. On tasting, moderate tartness, low caramelized bread notes. Bready, low citrus and clean. Yogurt and wheat. Dry finish. Minerally mouthfeel, filling. Nice stuff.

Clear pale amber with a small white head that dissipates slowly with some lacing. Aroma is wheat, coriander, lemon. Flavor is about the same, just a bit of salt. Light sweet, no real bitterness. Coriander flavors are very muted. Medium body, silky mouthfeel. Interesting beer. Just a touch of tartness in the flavor.

A hazed golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, a light sweet creamy malt with light vanilla, but no acidity. In mouth, weak, watery, lightly oxidized, a bit of butterscotch...something wrong here. There was a weird sticky substance in the neck of the bottle.

Draft and bottle, 16 Tons Taphouse. Appearance is very light, slightly cloudy golden straw. Lots of head. Aroma is slightly grassy, maybe some seaweed as well? Light, lively body. Finish is slightly spicy, very refreshing. Would be a damn fine summer beer were it not for the cost.

Crazy looking bottle, 04/13/2013. Pours golden copper, white head and minimal lacing. Aroma is wheat, salted biscuit, lemon notes, even a bit of milky funk. Taste is lemon, mild sour cereal grains, wheat, light bitterness, bit of salty tang on the tongue in the finish. Crisp, light palate. Nice
