UPDATED: AUG 18, 2003 Sampled draught at Gasthaus & Gosebrauerei Bayerischer Bahnhof, Leipzig.
Pale orange and cloudy with creamy head. Strong coriander aroma. Fruity and salty, rounded and strikingly similar to a salty wit. odd in that it is both thirst quenching, and then the salt makes you thirsty again...

Cloudy blond color. Very nice Belgian Wit aroma, quite fruity (bitter oranges…). The flavor is nice but less interesting. Salty? Maybe…

3.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draught served at 42˚
Appearance was bright clear golden with a large white head that disappears rapidly and leaves good lacing.
Smell was almost non-existent, just very slight citrus.
Taste is bubblegum and sour banana, nice slightly bitter finish, long-lasting.
Classic example of a weizen, very drinkable, to be sought after.
