Clear light to medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, spicy, herbs, light to moderate hoppy, lemon, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long to average duration. Very refreshing. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20081105]

Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a large, creamy, excellent lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, spicy, herbs, moderate to light light yeasty, sour milk, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and sour milk with a average to long duration. Fresh. An unclear light yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is wheaty with notes of lemon, while the flavor is sweet wheaty with notes of lemon and coriander. I don’t pick up the salt.

Bottled@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Slightly hazy orange colour, small off-white head. Aroma is salty, mildly fruity as well as malty and a bit grassy. Flavour is quite much the same with some mild sour lactic noes as well. A rather pleasantly balanced beer.

Pale orange and cloudy with creamy head. Strong coriander aroma. Fruity and salty, rounded and strikingly similar to a salty wit. odd in that it is both thirst quenching, and then the salt makes you thirsty again...

Draft @ Hop Leaf, Chicago, IL. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy and slightly salty aroma. Fruity malty grainy and salty flavor. Has a fruity malty and slightly salty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Odense tasting: Cloudy yellow with an off white head. Wheat beer feel. Coriander & wheat. Some sour citrussy feel. Sparkling mouthfeel... Like the wolf says, weird indeed. Exciting experience... Just OK drinkable for me personally!

Hazy golden color; big compact head. Nice malt aroma, spicy. Lean body, with very light sourness and the light salty touch. Correct bitterness.
