Very fresh nose of wheat, grapes,and spice. Pours sparkling clover honey amber. The tall and stiff frothy white fully lasting headthat leaves good lace. The flavor is laced with a heavy acidity that mixes with the dried fruit presence to form a bittersweet tartness that is very interesting and enjoyable. The finish is relatively brief. The light body is super creamy and soft. The finish is crisp. What a great surprise!

Angrygerman himself said he would be impresed if i found Gose in the US of A. Well sir, how’d ya like me know. Pours slightly hazy straw yellow, thin white head with plenty of staying power from the large amount of carbonation. Corriander and salt wisp through the nostrils. I am quite surprised how salty this smells, like a well made philadelphia pretzel. Taste features more of the corriander wrap around a good wheat base. Light bodied, but not watery. Boom.

Bottle at WWBA ’12 Brooklyn. Really interesting beer with a light combination of grains, sweetness, and tartness. Slight strawberry and lemon flavor with malty cheerios. I enjoyed this and would definitely seek out another gose.

200ml Sample at Bierkultur Festival in Köln-Ehrenfeld. Appearance is cloudy, orangish-yellow color with light, off-white head. Aroma is mild with strong wild yeast/sour elements, lemon, and bread. Taste is tart lemon, somewhat barnyard funkiness, bready malts, with no hop bitterness. Palate is medium-bodied, smooth texture, soft carbonation, and a sour finish. Interesting beer drinking experience.

pours a cloudy unfiltered wheat appearance. tart lemon with a hint of yeast to the nose. flavor mimics its aroma with a classic geuze taste.

Pours a nice hazy blond/ light copper color with minimal head but lots of white noise and bottom rising bubbles... Aromas are tart apricot, wheat bread and a touch of citrus and cool ocean breeze. On the palate its very lively with the tiny bubbles sending this thirst quenchers flavors right to the front. Starts off wheaty but quickly sends a tart slightly sourness into the mix. Alot of minerality coming out in the finish probably from the salt... which is not detectable in the beer until the lingering finish which has a bit of sea water salinity. This would be great with fresh ceviche or some guacamole !

Bottle shared at CAH from Dunnie.Pours cloudy crude beige color with grey spotty head. nose is berlinerweiss yeast and citrus wheatty notes. first sip is nice, similar to aroma, but salty flavors are present and interesting. finish is slighly dry. glad I tried this

Pours cloudy golden color with small head. Aroma of salt, mineral notes and lemon. Flavor is pretty much the same. Slick palate with a mouth-drying effect.

Savannah, Ga - Habersham Beverage Warehouse (Habersham St) - 11.2 oz bottle. Pours a murky medium golden with nary a trace of a head. Aroma has some yeasty accents, a bit of lemony sourness. Flavor has some spicy notes, coriander comes to mind, a trace of white grapes, some yeastiness. Mouthfeel has a nice thick texture to it. First try at a a Gose - not bad.
