Draft at edmunds oast. Aroma is somewhat subdued, but the flavor more than makes up for that. Very delicate floral notes with a distinct fresh pine finish. Exceptional.

Draft at Churchkey. Cloudy golden amber color, bright white head. Aroma of Christmas trees. Taste is....wow! bright spruce, fresh tree boughs, on an earthy, softly sour background. Very nice.

What a great different beer....so unusual and I consider a great priviledge to have tried this. An herbal beer but to me it does not seem to have the intention of other beers adding herbs as a predominate flavor. This had a sage pine aroma. Flavors through its tight carbonation tased of lavender and some sea slat with a barnyard basement flavors. A MUST IF YOU GET THE CHANCE!!!!!!

Draft at Strangeloves. Hazy gold pour with a large frothy white head. Obscure sharp, salty amber fruit. Lichee nut. Tangerines. Dragon fruit. Orange Passionfruit. Apricot pits. Mango skins. Blood orange. Pinecones. Chanterelle mushrooms. Bamboo shoots. Some bready notes as well. Croissants with marmalade. Sweetish with a bright salty, spicy finish. Mixed bag. More than worth a try.

Pours a hazy gold with a smallish head.

The aroma is piney and yougurty... odd... sorta cool... sorta medicinal.

The flavor is tart and very piney. It’s got a touch of bitterness... some lactic funk... but mostly lots of pine needles.
I thought it was tame enough, they might have overdone it on the pine needles though.

On tap @ Presidential Suite. Thanks, Aaron. Hazy peach color with a white head. Lots of pine and gingerbread aromas. Smells kind of dusty old Christmas decorations. Tastes like a pine tree. Hints of gingerbread and molasses sweetness. A little bit of cocoa powder. But mostly just pine. Weird fucken beer.

Bottle @ the peteing zoo. Pours a hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Heavy coriander, spicy herbal, twangy lemon aroma. Tangy, tart fruity, quite spicy, herbal, grassy flavor. A bit of salt. Crisp dry lingering Christmas tree finish.
