Draft at edmunds oast. Aroma is somewhat subdued, but the flavor more than makes up for that. Very delicate floral notes with a distinct fresh pine finish. Exceptional.

Rated @ FdB Cologne 2015. Slightly sourish. Smooth body. Not too deep. Fresh sourish, Melon taste, fruity smooth. Not too herbal. Highly drinkable and still great.

On tap at Max’s. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Smells of pine and rosemary. Reminds me of hand soap, but in fragrance only, not a negative. Medium bodied, lemon and pine and rosemary. Vibrant and unexpected, very light salinity with a hint of lemon. Slow musk and yeast into the finish with faint pine lingering. Liked this a lot, very much exceeding expectations.

Refreshing and a twitch .. . small glass at the Tall Timber Wood Bar & Lounge .. . pine needles, oh yes.. mild woodiness and tartness .. . pretty darn interesting, but wouldn’t want too much of this at a time .. . . she says she loves me, but I can tell she’s only dating me for my adult braces..

lusikka (7681) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 15, 2015
Draught @ Naamat, Tampere. Pours a hazy golden amber colour with a small foamy head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine needles and some mild bread notes. Flavour is rather interesting with, well, grapefruit radler notes at first. The pine notes build up and so does the saltiness. Quite earthy. Light bodied. Dry and sharp finish. Refreshing. Good!

Draught at the Kahdet Kasvot, Tampere, Finland. Hazy orange golden color with a small white head. Soap, pine, mäntysuopa and some dryness in the aroma. The flavor is sourness, dryness, malt, herbs, berries and juniper. Quite strange brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smells like lots of flowers in the herb garden less used, like the rosemary and &^&*(&)$# flower. Tastes like a flower. The salt is lost. This "beer" is literally like inhaling, then drinking a flower shop. Its so well balanced but damn, just too many flowers!!!

Draft at threes with Linh. Pours a deep hazy orange with thin white lacing. Aroma is apricot gummy bears. Mouthfeel is medium with notes of salt, sour stone fruits and pine. Really cool, interesting flavor dynamic.

On tap: The aroma consists of citrus, pine needles, light mineral salts, and a hint of lemon peel. It?s a hazy/cloudy dull golden-orange with a small white head that fades to a minimal film outlined by a thin ring. The flavor starts with light-moderate citrus and pine needles. The finish has light orange peel, corriander, minerals, and a hint of salt. It?s light bodied with mild carbonation. Overall, the pine really works well with the Gose.
