It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma has notes of malt and bread. The flavour is light to moderately sweet with notes of flower, malt, bread, and the finish is slightly dry. It’s not a big beer, but OK and harmless.

# 3059 ersma: nix zu finden im internet über die brauerei. scheint ne vertriebsfirma zu sein, die lohnsude in auftrag gibt. goldfarben, perlig. mittelviel schaum, der rasch verfliegt. der geruch ist sehr dezent süßlich. der antrunk ist lasch und eher herb, hat aber auch süße anflüge. die mitte ist herber, der abgang ebenso. und mehr passiert hier auch nicht. die flasche ist recht bayerisch-klischeehaft. neben vier anderen schriftarten auch frakturschift, ums logo steht „nach dem baywerischen reinheitsgebot von 1516 gebraut.“ fazit: ein weiterer beweis dafür, dass reinheitsgebot und qualität nichts miteinander zu tun haben. auch wenn uns das immer so suggeriert wird. klassisches tut-nicht-not-bier. 8,6,5,5,7,5 5,55 2/5/12

Bottle, 4.8%. Clear golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour has a little bread and some chalk. Good chalky mouthfeel. Mild bitterness.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and light crisp hoppy into the finish. Sweet and malty flavoured. Bitter and dry hoppy into a bitter finish.
