Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, little clove and a little bitter. Flavour is malt, yeast, medium sweet, little clove and banana.

Bottle by 10.08.12. Weizeny nose on the ester side with dulled wheat and some plastic. Cloudy golden with a pretty, off-white head. Taste actually somewhat dry, rush of wheat and alcohol, more phenols here, with yeast and fusels. And heat. Medium body is lifeless, there are positives here but the flaws really drag it down.

Bottle 500ml.

Hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeasty, banana. Body is medium, texture is creamy to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Bottle, 5.2%. Almost clear golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is sweetish with a little bubble gum. Low bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a dense white head. Very sweet banana aroma. Medium body, again sweet banana with a heavy yeastiness. No bitterness but a slightly tart edge. 180212

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat, caramel, and yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, dense, white head. The aroma has a papery touch, with banana and bubble gum dominating. Some notes of cloves. The flavor has pale malts, some banana, bubble gum and cloves, and also a little bit of bitterness showing up at the end. Medium to thin on the palate, rather dead, even though it has a decent carbonation. Not my favorite weissbier in any way, but it has some qualities. 120218

Pours a clear and golden beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, sweetness, yeast and fruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall a beer below average.
