Oct 16, 2004 Bottle Poures a cloudy very pale yellow/amber. Very small white head that imediately dissapears, and leaves only a few spots of lacing. Aroma is of pale malts, some hops and a sweet apple or peach note. Falvor is consistant, not so noticable hops, and a slightly tart fuit flaver. Feel is smooth and carbonation in this one was almost non existant. Aftertaste is a soft malty flavor with traces of honey.

Aug 15, 2004 OBF 2004. Medium orange color. Smells like butter, diacetyl, with a buttery flavor and texture. Frothy regular pale ale flavors, some chared malts, overly sweet fruit and crackers... nothing great.

Jul 27, 2004 Updated: Sep 19, 2007On tap at the Oregon Brewers Festival 04. I have never heard of this brewery before and was very impressed with this brew. Orange color wtih a small off-white head. Fruity hopped aroma, almost bubblegum like thing going on with a malty backing. Taste starts sweet, with a hint of caramel and wheat, and ends with a nice balanced bitterness. Medium bodied smooth brew.

Jul 27, 2004 (OBF04) Clear amber body with off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, melon, some berry, some wheat. Taste is medium sweet, melon, wheat. Light body. Pleasant beer for summertime.

Jul 20, 2004 Golden color, white head, nice lacing on glass, aroma light, some wheat and light malt, flavor is sweet, with a decent hop finish.

May 8, 2004 This is not a very good beer. Color of apple juice with almost no head. The aroma was almost nonexistant except for notes of skunk and chemicals. Flavor was mildly tolerable, but still not enough to save this beer. Mild fruit and hop notes....bleh!

May 8, 2004 Bottle. I poured it and sipped without reading the label or looking at the rating, so I had no idea what this would be. It’s strange...I get jalepenos in this. It’s quite odd and I don’t like it much. Some wheaty malts, breadiness, some sparkling type hops. Not very appealing.
