Bottle. Crimson amber pour with a quickly fading head. Aroma and taste of banana, clove, malt, and yeast. Some sweetness as well. Decent brew.

chocolatey, tons of banana, light bodied. Pleasant. Not a bad brew, but hardly going to seek out again.

355ml bottle pours a pale amber color with a finger of white head that leaves some thin lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild grains with some yeast and light hops. Taste is cereal grains with a light hoppy bitterness. Light to medium body and modest carbonation leave a little tickle on the palate. Overall, a decent brew that fits this style nicely.

Sat down with one of these while brewing beer this evening. It smells a bit floral but sweet. Visually I’m not impressed - the head is slight, slick, and vanished quickly. The color is a dark orange and a bit hazy. It’s also sweet with a sharp journey across the palate that sticks around for a moment. I’d drink this one again.

Mini keg. This one is watery and weak, one of the crappier dunkelweizens I have had.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a murky dark brown with a dense and creamy tan head that lasts. Big tangy wheat nose, showing artichokes. Brown bread there as well. Creamy medium body with wooly carb. Black bread toasted with wheat tanginess on the mid palate...along with some artichokes. Mild finish.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2011 Dark brown pour, white head that falls quick. Slightly sulfurous aroma, grass, caramel, a overripe banana. More caramel and banana on the aroma, very soft roast, raisiny dried fruit, cooked vegetal notes and grassiness. While I kind of like the strong, sticky banana flavor and didn’t find this hard to drink, this beer seems a little off.

Bottle thanks to portableparty. Slightly hazy dark brown pour, average carbonation and a rich & slightly sweet biscuity aroma. Flavor is light malt, a little nut and mild raisin. Good medium body, but still light enough to be an easy drinker.
