Found this small brewer during a trip around Mount Fuji, Nov ’05. A slightly hazy amber beer with an off-white head. A sweet & sour scent, tartness of a weizen with a sweet caramel malt. Flavor is also an interesting mix of a tangy weizen with a caramel sweetness. Has a mild bitter follow. Not a complex brew but refreshing. A nice change of pace from all the Sake I’ve been drinking. Not sure what to call it, an Amber Weiss?

Deep yellow-orange color, cloudy with a fine head. Looks nice. Very rounded, nice weizen. Bananas and cloves are there. Rather typical representation of the style. Well done. Good standard weizen.

Bottled. Cloudy golden, brief head. estery banana skid aroma. Sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Wheat malt with a papery edge make up all the flvaour togeteher with banana esters. Refreshing standrad weizen.

Bottled, thanks to omh crew. Pours out in a cloudy dark yewllow colour with a rich sticky white foam. Sweet and spicy aroma of cloves, yeast, banana and cumin. Medium to light-bodied with notes of over-riped banana, cloves ,mild smoke and hay. Mild and short doughy finish of cloves and bananas.

Bottle. Pours opaque gold, white head. Aroma is coriander, citrus, slightly musty, and sausage. Flavor is spices, wheat, citrus.
