2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 willblake (2601) - Bel Air, Maryland, USA - JAN 12, 2004
Looks like Bud, really. Similar color, and carbonation. That's not so bad, I didn't say it tasted like bud. Smells like lots of malt, reminds me of sweet dough, and resin. I'll be damned if i can find "plenty of hops," although it is a touch bitter. More tangy, like bad lunchmeat. Still, very cold bad ham can be refreshing on a hot day.

Blonde-bronze w. a fluffy head. Crisp, but subtle hopping w. a slight fruitiness. Boring, but clean w. a slight cardboard finish. Drinkable.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 ChainGangGuy (3835) - Canton, Georgia, USA - MAY 14, 2008
Appearance: Pours a crystalline, yellow body with a wispy, white head.
Smell: Flowery pils malt aroma with a hint of honeyed grain.
Taste: Sour, grainy pils malt taste with a honeyish sweetness. Some floral hints. Very mild bitterness. Empty, watery finish.
Mouthfeel: Thin-bodied. Mild carbonation.
Drinkability: Some pilseners can be very good indeed, this, however, is lacking at best.

12oz bottle. Pours clear yellow. Aroma of a grassy hop and a hint of Elmer’s Glue. Flavor is of the bitterness of a corrogated cardboard box. Very nice pale malt flavor. The bitterness seems to be overpowering the rest of the beer.

Nice golden color, small white head that had a decent but short lived head.Nice hoppy aroma with a mild malt side and even a mild fruitside but it might be pushing it a bit.The flavor was nothing special but decent enough.Slightly sweet in a way with a decent hop presence and mild malt side but over all not worth getting bent out of shape over.Try it once and see if it’s worth going further.

I didn’t really care for this Bayern product. It gave off a metallic taste...almost similar to a coors product. I tried this one with pretzels and even those didn’t help.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 boFNjackson (2933) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 12, 2009
Bottle... Poured clear, barely golden or yellow with a white head head that dissipated immediately. Cracker malts on the nose. A little hoppy and citrusy, but mostly a dull malt character that dominated. Wasn’t a fan of this pilsener at all. More like a pale lager to me.
2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 poisoneddwarf (975) - Rathdrum, Idaho, USA - MAR 23, 2011
Drank 3/19/11. Thanks to Brenn79 for this. "Best by Jan. 2011." 12 oz bottle into footed pilsner glass. Pours a beautiful hazy gold with a small head. Smells like a barn opened up after being closed up for about ten years. Taste starts out sweet and finishes bitter and dry. Carbonation is medium-high, body is medium. Boring.
1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 ATLBeerDog (280) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAY 10, 2008
Pours extremely light yellow in color with almost no head, no lacing and not much carbonation. Smells of floral hops, and fruits. Tastes is severely lacking any flavor at all. Not worth boiling hotdogs in! If you did the resulting oily liquid would have a ton more flavor. This is not good at all.
