Plenty of hops - still smooth, incredible light color and still a 5% beer with a wonderful bloom.

bottle. honey golden, good sized head of very fine bubbles with decent lacing overall. Nose is yeasty, malty wih the fresh aroma of noble hops springing out of the glass! The flavor is balanced, with some bread like flavor and a hint of banana, offset with just the right hop bitterness. Finish is clean, mid-dry and a slightly bitter edge on the tail end. Jurgen Knoller (the brewer) brags uo this beer something fierce on his site, and although this isn’t the best Pilsner on "either side of the Atlantic," it IS pretty damn good.

12 oz. bottle from Buckeyeboy. Thanks! It pours a pale yellow color with a decent white head. The aroma has some nice pilsner maltiness with hints of lemongrass and noble hops. The flavor is clean and crisp with some spicy noble hops, crisp carbonation and a dry finish. Very nice pils.

Bottle. Light gold hue, with a minimal white head. Fairly clean aromas with some grassy and citrusy hops. Light hay, an unoffensive slight sweetness and some bread in the flavor. Lighter, clean, dry and nice bubbly carbonation. Not bad.

@ hopvine. better than the big time I just had, but not by much. I guess pils just isn’t my thing.

Poured a pale straw color with a thin quickly dissipating head. Smells slightly spicy with some hoppy undertones. Drinks well, with a grassy, bready flavor, not hard to get down. Certainly doesn’t overwhelm the palate, a good summer, outdoors beer!

Bottle poured a clear yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of straw, bread, spicy hops and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, bread, earthiness and spicy hops with a crisp dry finish.

12oz bottle. Clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma of doughy pils malt, with some herbal/earthy hops. Flavor is malty but not sweet and a medium hop bitterness, clean yeast profile. Light body with average carbonation. Really nice Pilsener, clean, crisp and refreshing.

Thanks to IBrew2or3 for sending this one. Cheers, Dave! Pours a standard pils clear yellow with a white head that quickly recedes and leaves this one looking like light cream soda. Nose is standard corn and grain with mild grassy and flowery hops. Flavor is similar- light in body with bread, corn, and some grassy and floral hops with some ephemeral sweetness on the back end.

355ml bottle pours a straw color with a small white head that leaves only a small trace of lacing. Aroma is cereal grains with some grassy hops. Taste is light malty sweetness followed up with a grassy hop bitterness. Only a slight step above a typical macro brew. Overall, not a bad beer, just a slight disappointment from what I was expecting.

12 ounce bottle from a sampler pack. Pours a golden yellow with a thin white head that fades. Taste is of malt, grass and hops. Similar aroma. Has a full body. The finish is slightly dry and bitter. Very easy to drink and quite enjoyable. Well worth having time and time again.
