Nice aroma, long nose. Cloves and banana there. Dark as it should, but not as dark. More like a light nutty brown. No head, no lace. Medium to light bodied, decent bitterness but a weird sourness ruins the otherwise semi sweet notes. Same for the palate. Too sour for a dunkel really.

Pours a cloudy dark brown brew with no head, aroma is moderate sweet with notes of caramel, banana and clove, medium to light bodied, flavor is moderate sweet and low bitter with notes of caramel, banana and clove, bittersweet finish, mediocre

Acid beer, the flavor burns very quickly from the mouth, yet the alcohol response of it needs to hide a little bit more. Honestly, more work needs to be done here. What I liked about it is the aroma, it gives you a sweet and strong bouquet at first, but very disappointing once you taste it.

Nice interesting mix of styles. Is not a weizen is not a dunkel. Is more like a creamy dunkel weizen but with strong alcoholic features. NIce foam too.

The colour of this one is dark brown, head is off-white. A bit of a funky aroma, artificial fruit odours, some alcohol as well on the nose. Taste is predominantly fruity sweet, and a tad of sourness for good measures as well. Don’t really know what I think about this, it’s certainly not bad-tasting, but maybe a bit boring and it doesn’t do it full out for me. It’s a bit watery and palate isn’t all that it could have been. (Limited edition, bottle 236 of 5000 of the batch that reads 12/11)
