Bottle at Pat’s birthday chriso tasting, London. Demi-Sec. Pours clear, pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Stanky sweet nose, light pear, some dust. Very sweet flavor, slightly syrupy despite high carbonation, some juicy pear. Light to medium bodied with fizzy, lively carbonation. Sweet, lightly sticky finish, faintly dry. Not bad.

75cl bottle. Golden with rising bubbles. Aromas are sweet and fairly syrup pear juice with hints of wood, caramel and vanilla. Flavours are sweet pear, quite soft on the palate with some acidicy. Has a nice sparkle. A simple perry that is very refreshing and easy to drink at its 3.5%.
