UPDATED: SEP 13, 2004 A citrus flavor encapsulates the palate and might make me think that this was a pale ale, although Bayhawk does also have a CPA. Settles into a smoother malt finish, briefly sticky and honey-like, but tempered by the underlying citrus. I'm saying more pale ale than amber, and fairly light on the palate.

My neighbor just put this in his kegorator. Pretty tasty - I would compare it to Sam Adams Boston Lager but with a bit more complex flavors and a bit more hopped. Nice beer.
