2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
~chocolate and roasted malt aroma with tinny metallic and lactic sour.
~Pours black with quickly disappearing brown head.
~Coffee, chocolate, and roasty malty flavors with metallic tin and slight sour.
~medium bodied with high CO2, lasting tinny roast finish.
~Its drinkable. Way over carbonated straight out of the bottle. Not much dimension from the malts. Some caramel would be nice. Not sure what caused the tinny metallicness or the sour, but could do without those.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a dark brown-black with a tan head with nice lacing. Aroma is of stale roasted malts, some coco powder, and some espresso. Taste is lightly roasted malts, stale coffee, some light chocolate, and some light grassy hops. Has a medium body with a watery mouthfeel and a slightly bitter, medium finish. Overall, a pretty mediocre porter that only really has one thing going for it, its appearance.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Color: Espresso/ Dark brown. Aroma: Coffee/ roasted. Flavor: Has a distinct coffee/ Espresso taste. The finish is a bit strange, almost tastes of copper, or metal. A bit on the watery side.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a deep black color with an espresso aroma. Taste is simple chocolate with a hint of bitterness. Slightly bitter for a porter and thin after the swallow. A decent beer easy drinking that just missed on complex flavor.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a dark brown color and leaves a dark tan head. Has an aroma of chocolate and roasted malt. Taste has notes of chocolate and roasted malt. Their is also notes of hops followed by a bitterness that lingers after the swallow. Overall, itís an ok beer but I prefer porters to not have a bitterness or a taste of hops.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
22oz bomber pours a nice and dark darkness with a dark tan head of foam. The mild aroma is mostly dark roasted malts and a sense of malt balls. The taste is similar where a thin body offers up modest notes of dark roasted malts and then some burnt malts and a light dash of chocolate as it heads into the finish.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
22oz-----> glass vessel - No...no, no! This thing is more off balance than an American teenager. Why am I only tasting spicy hops in a poter???? No damn sense, and it doesnít work either. Initial aroma is enticing though. Black IPA, maybe, but this is certainly no porter.
