UPDATED: NOV 29, 2004 This is a decent pale ale, honey like malt and tangy hoppy finish. It’s a little light bodied but easy drinking. Impressive appearance with cascading bubbles and firm foam. Nose is caramelly definite hops.

Aroma of weak citrus and pines. Appearance is a very light gold with a huge foamy top. Taste is of very bland, watery citrus hop and nothing much else. Not very much to say about this besides the fact that its awful. I’d give it an F- rating.

Bottle… Tally Tasting ‘10… Cloudy orange ale with a small, fizzy, white head. The bouquet is floral, citrusy and lactic – more lactic than hoppy. Medium-bodied with stinging carbonation. Tangy and a bit sour. Undoubtedly infected; however, the flavor still yields some nice grapefruit pith and tangerine rind bitterness. Tangy, grassy, dry finish. I wonder how this one would have fared sans the infection.

Picked this up at the Whole Foods/ Tustin, awesome selection of beers. I liked the cloudy pour, chunky bit’s at the bottom, smell was average, taste and drinkability was great, just a smooth, lightly malted pale ale, I would more than likeley buy this again and be happy, keep it up.

A nice hop aroma. The flavor is hoppy and tasty . Certainly a good pale ale. My opinion of Bayhawk is changing. (But I think they do need to take better care.)

Bottle from thirdeye11. Pours with a clear golden body and a white head. Aroma of hops, honey and a bit of sourness. Taste is tea, sour and not a pale ale. Another bad beer from Bayhawk. Fizzy and dry.
