COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
LA-31 Bière Pâle is crafted with imported Belgian malts and American hops and yeast. This is a distinct new style of beer - no one else in the country makes anything like it. LA-31 Bière Pâle is traditionally brewed ale; it is bronze colored and has a biscuity malt center. The beer has herbal hop flavors and a gentle, mellow bitterness. This full flavored beer is crafted to enhance the unique cuisine and lifestyle of South Louisiana.

12oz bottle shared. poured yellowish orange color with white head. aroma was of mild hop and malt and the flavor was a mild hop...less than i thought should have been there...just a decent apa for me for a non hop head this would be a good starter beer.

355 mL bottle. Orange, with a small but sticky head. The beer is pretty much as described above, only not as good. Not that it’s bad. And I don’t know if the Belgian malts help. Nice bitterness level, though.
