3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 bhensonb (9004) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 25, 2011
Bottle from ericandersnavy. Pours pale amber with a quickly disappearing beige head. Aroma is sort of aged bread with some sugary malt and floral hop. Or maybe more complicated than that. There’s a lot of malt and a lot of floral and maybe citrus hop. Actually goes a bit astringent, yet it makes me think of a light barley wine. Confusingly complicated.
