Bomber. Pours light brown and clear with no head. Big coffee nose right out of the bottle. Not much else here. Taste starts off very astringent and tart, lagerish, I’m not picking up hardly any wood/whiskey/barrel notes. Just a bit sweet on the end. Rather plain and uninspiring. Low carbonation.

Bottle. Amber, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel, vanilla (oak), light coffee. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and some fruitiness, some vanilla with light coffee. Finish is short to average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and some fruitiness, some notes of wood, vanilla with some coffee. Bit thin-bodied considering the amount of vanilla/oak and coffee. Not too sweet though.
