I didn’t drink this with crawfish, but it was good nonetheless. Light, orangish golden, healthy head, and a smooth mouthfeel. Citrus and straw. Pungent and crisp.

3/28/13. Sampled during CBC 2013. Golden orange pour with a decent off-white head. Light spice character, citrus, and doughy malts in the aroma. Citrus, spice, phenolics, and maltiness drives the flavor. Not bad.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2013 Appearance: very large off white head, beer is an average golden color, hazy, minimal lacing, average head retention Aroma: bread, banana, cloves, lemon, smells very good, not the most aromatic beer but still an assertive aroma, sour, alcohol, citrus Taste: alcohol, light bitterness, grass, bread, lemon, yeast, some malt grain and slight sweetness as well, coriander is hinted at Palate: moderate to high carbonation, leaves a faint bitter aftertaste, light mouthfeel, some frothy mouthfel Overall: a great beer, seems to have a lot beneath the surface, I wish this was offered year round
