Unclear hazy medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, rubber, fruity, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. Pours hazy yellow color with a large head. Aroma of wheat, fruits and yeast. Flavor of wheat, yeast, fruits and mild grassy notes.

Die Schaumkrone hält nur mittelmäßig, es ist schön trüb und orange-braun. Es riecht sehr hefig, und schmeckt auch so, leider wirkt die Hefe schon etwas plump, das Bier ist nicht sehr aromenreich und daher eher langweilig, ausserdem ist das CO² zumindest am Anfang zu stark, dies beinträchtigt die Süffigkeit. Fazit: Nicht so der Hit, da hatte ich mir mehr erhofft aus Bayreuth, langweiliges Hefe Weissbier. Test vom 14.5.2010, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,7,6,6,8,6 - 6,45

Orange-brown color with a beautiful head. Smells yeasty and fruity, especially like banana. It starts pleasantly yeasty, creamy with good spiciness. A fruity aroma is barely audible, but the spiciness is very pleasant. In the further course, it gets decent acidic. The Weizen goes into a creamy, spicy finish with sour loans.

Caramel, banana, rubber, wheat and yeast in aroma.
Banana, wheat, some grain, some crispiness and sweetness in flavour.
Easy but very drinkable Weißbier.

Orange and hazy. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Yeasty aroma, faint acid too. Nice flavor, spicy, coriander, sweet and moderate acid. Light acid finish. Creamy texture.

50cl bottle from Bierzwerg. Poured hazy dark orange color with a typical frothy weissbier head. Aroma is yeast and clove, quite peppery. Flavor is yeast, banana and spices. Low carbonation. Refreshing and drinkable, but does not really do it. Bit on the thin side
