Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine spicy with flowery-grasy notes. Not very dry. Finish well balanced, still mild, a bit sourish. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Bottle shared with McTapps. Interesting nose of yeast and some herbs. Interesting, not delicious. Taste is ok, bit dull with a bitter end. Very bitter. Drinkable but not rocket science.

Bottle shared wtih my darling. Light golden colour with low head. Taste of low malt, mild hops, mild apples and old yeast. Not that nice, but okay to drink. Mild beer for everyday.

Pale colour, clear, medium thick head which disappeared quickly, lacing was retained. Grassy aroma, some malt plus hints of apple and noble hops. Started off tasting fairly sweet but got more bitter towards the end. Finish slightly bitter and wheaty. Mouthfull was very crisp and clean, well carbonated. Overall very drinkable helles, not mind blowing but worth buying.

Mild aroma. Clear golden colour. OK white head. The flavour is quite mild, low bitterness.

On tap somwhere! Clear gold beer. Dry palate, a bit too dry. Dry malt, a little citrus and then more dryness. Too much like hard work.

Bottled as Baureuther Brauhaus Hell, by 03.10.12. Sweet grassy nose with heavy citrus and malt. Dull yellow-golden, transparent body with a foamy off-white head. Taste medially sweet and fading to grain, but mmph, there’s a nice smack of citrus up front before the light noble hops rush in, and darn if there isn’t some excitement in that simplicity. Layered, malty light-medium body with low bitterness, good quaffer.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, notes of soap and hops.
