Bottle, 50cL. Home. Thank you @Jaghana ! A brilliant brown - light opaque -beer with a big beige head ; average retention ; lacing OK. Toffee aroma, nut, roast, herbs. Medium sweet, light dry bitter : "round", but still refreshing. Medium body, thin smooth texture, average to good carbonation, medium sweet toffee finish. Overall, pleasant nutty aroma, refreshing, very drinkable... good discovery !

From tap. Got a decent, stable white head, with a dark brown color. Smells of biscuity malts, wheat and slightly funky yeast. Tastes of bready, slightly bakers chocolate infused malts with a hint of honey and toffee. A distinct earthy, slightly bready maltiness acts as the foundation for the beer, which got a grainy, semi dry counterpart to it. Finishes with a recognizable metallic aspect, due to the high carbonation, with a whiff of noble hops and rustic bread.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2015 500 ml bottle. Slight and frothy head, quickly diminishing. Aroma is weak, with caramel and roasted malts.Taste is also weak and slightly plain. Too low carbonation. Disappointing beer, maybe it was expired.

Keg at The Pure Bar & Kitchen, Birmingham. Chestnut brown with off white head. Served teeth numbingly cold unfortunately, it took some warming up. There was a lightish smokey note along with a fruity sweetness, plummy hints. It was fine once it was defrosted.
