Bottle. Blonde. Malty aroma with butter and a hint of cake dough. Flowery, slightly citric hopbitter flavor, softly but persistently overshadowing the malt.

The bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts mild, modest dry, malty, not very hoppy, a bit sweet. Finish still mild, sweet-spicy. Could be more hoppy, but still very drinkable.

Draught in Rome. Pours clear straw colured with a big white head. Aroma of grains. Taste is moderate sweet, with some good grassy, moderate bitter hops. Ends rather good and dry with some spicy hops towards the end, good beer.

0.5L bottle. Snowy white head. Clear straw colored body. Soft grainy aroma with fine scent of grassy hops. Body is light malty and mellow. Slightly sweet and grainy with notes of bakery. Distinct earthy and grassy hop bitterness. Medium body. Dry grainy finish. A more than decent German Pilsner

Pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is crisp malt and grassy hop. Flavour is crisp malt, medium bitter, grassy hop. A little to sweet.

50cl Bottle. Pours clear pale piss yellow with a off white foam. Lots of grain . . . Some hay. Very dry flavor with some spicy hops in the end. Medium bodied.

Pale yellow with a small white head. Classic aroma of bready malt, herbal hops and a touch of DMS. Sweetish bready and herbal flavour with a decent bitter finish

Bottle. Golden, big slowly collapsing white fluffy head. Grassy-grainy nose, a bit papery. Moderate, dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, soft MF. Papery undertones again in the citrousy-bitter and sweet finish. O.K., not exciting..............

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and an unpleasant hop note. The flavor is sweet malty and again with an unpleasant hop notes.
