(50cl bottle) Pours a clear amber with medium, white head and lace. Aroma is grainy, bready and slightly sour. Oily texture with medium carbonation, medium body and astringent finish. Taste is slightly sweet and somewhat acidic. Girlfriend says: "I was really afraid as the smell was quite grainy but the taste is nicely mild and flowery."

50cl swing top pours clear copper with lasting and firm and impressive looking off white head. The mild aroma offers up a bit of fruity esters and an interesting mix of spicy hops and yeast. The taste is smooth and a little fruity with light skinned colored fruit, a moderate level of spicy hops, a bit of banana and wheat and just a faint floral hop note. I also get a sense of wild yeast into the finish creating a slight tartness.

Bottle from the border shop outside of Heiligenhafen. It poured a slightly hazy golden liquid with a dirty white head. Malty smell with some citrus in the background. Malty and bready taste with a citrusy aroma, also some hops. Fairly smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation. A surprisingly nice beer considering I picked it on random from a border shop.

10 cl. sample from bottle. Clear, nut brown colour with a thin, but staying, white head. Earthy aromas of stable, dirt, leaves, honey, and mild floral hops. It takes a while to adjust to this aroma... Taste is light sweet and grainy with notes of caramel and weak floral bitterness. Light/medium body with a refreshing dotting from the carbonation. There is a mild, lingering bitterness from the hops, weak hints of alcohol in the finish. Not my favorite style, but extra credits for the aroma...

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white ehad. Aroma of sweetness, fruits and vague grass. Flavour of light caramel, sweetness and fruits. Medium bodied. Sweetish and fruity in the end with caramel touch. Easy to drink and quite clean.

Big bang when opening the flip-top bottle. Clear, browish golden with a soapy white head. Malty aroma with whole wheat bread, werthers, earthy some herbs and fermented fruit. Taste is not as rich as expected. Mostly a light bitterness with some yeasty tones. Short lives aftertaste, but fairly easy to drink. Could be smoother. Expected more of this. (50cl bottle, 1,95 EUR)
