50cl bottle. Pours a hazy orangey-yellow with steady bubbles and a good head which drops away to a thin layer of lace. There is light banana, vanilla and malt on the nose. The taste has vanilla custard or at least vanilla cream. The palate has medium structure and texture with a reasonably clean finish. Overall, an average at best weisse beer.

Hefiger alleinstehender Antrunk.

Aromatisch gut.

Bottle @ Flensburg. Pours hazy orange with a small creamy white head. Nose is sweet. Yeast, fruit with notes of bread and butter. Lively carbonation. Vaguely tart fruity flavor with a bit of paper and wheat. A bit thin body.

Nice head! Nice color - totally typical golden. Big banana and clove in the aroma, even a sweetness of bubblegum (but not so big there). But the flavor was pretty straight wheat tanginess, graininess, breadiness. A bit harsh in the acidic profile. Easy to drink otherwise. The aroma is well done here.

0.5L bottle. Dense white head. Misty, honey-colored body. Smell of banana chewing candy, mild spices, yeast and soft wheat malts. Rounded, light sweet wheat flavor. Notes of lemonade, faint banana and more mild spices. Very soft on the palate. Low carbonation levl. Overall, a well-crafted and easy-to-like Hefeweizen.

50cl bottle. Cloudy yellow appearance, not too big creamy head. Aroma is refreshing, fruity with notes of banana, orange and cloves. And wheat of course. Slightly sweet flavor, with wheat/grain and some spiciness. Finishes with some spiciness and mild hops. Hefeweizen as it’s supposed to be.
