Cask@Nottingham Beer Festival 2007. Golden beer with a lightly dry aroma with a hint of toffee. The flavour is lightly dry and toffee. Overall a plain hopped beer.

Cask (gravity dispense), St Albans Beer Festival, September 2007. Attractive clear amber colour. Thin white head. Good lively condition. Slightly grainy aroma. Tangy hop come through stronger on the palate. Some resinous notes. Firm, fresh mouthfeel with decent bite. A quite accomplished session bitter from a new brewery.

Cask, Nottingham Fest 07. Deep gold with no head. Aromas are light malts with citrus and spices. Flavours are slightly sour citrus with caramel, biscuit and hay. Some saltiness, too. Dry on the finish.

Cask@St Albans. Pretty boring bitter. Not much happening. Grainy, malty mouthfeel at the start, quite cereally, and raw, with some metallic notes.
