COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Regular;
An easy drinking light golden ale. The unique blend of English and Continental hops creates lemon citrus overtones which tantalise and refresh the palette.

Cask, Nottingham Fest 07. Golden with a small head. Aromas are soft buttery malts with mellow lemon and some floral notes. Flavours are thin malts with soft lemon. Spritzy in a lemon sherbert sense.

Tweedies Bar, Grasmere. Golden amber, clear. Tight head. Little or no aroma. Sweetness and some fruityness. Not enough from the hops for my taste but perfectly drinkable.

Cask, handpump @ The Coal Orchard, Taunton, Somerset.
The head is shortlived, a fleeting loose froth of white atop a bright medium amber body. Fresh baked white bread, toasted oats, peach and orange marmalade and a little barnyard must on the nose. Watery palate, quite thin, grainy with light citrus notes and a dry, musty finish. Has a sour, tangy edge to it that builds around the swallow with a lingering toothpick and straw flavour. Pretty average stuff considering the level of British Golden Ales on offer. Not Bays best!

[Cask at the First and Last, Penzance] Golden amber with a moderate white head and moderate fizz. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel; a mild citrus flavour and a slightly dry finish. Not a lot to it, but certainly very easy to drink; you could quickly knock back a few of these!

Bottle at my hotel bar in Torquay. Poura clear golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma of light citrussy hops. Taste is fresh and crisp hops, moderate sweet malts with a good citrussy and oranges hoppy bite at the end, this is a easy drinkable tasty summer beer.

Cask conditioned at a Wetherspoons. Gold with white head. light sweet and fruity beer, quite fruity, peachy in flavour, but lacks some hop punch on the close. Easy drinking summer beer but without necessary character.
