"Amber". Amber colour and hazy. A little bit of funky yeast on the palate with sweet biscuity character. Boring and not very well done.

bottle pours slightly cloudy mid amber and off white head . Caramel / toffee aroma and taste starts the same giving way to a light bitterness and a touch of sour . some bready yeast notes . medium carbonation and medium body .not a bad effort from this micro brewery

store bought bottle. amber-red colour, cloudy with a nice white frothy head. nose - caramel, honey and lots of flower. bitter and a wee bit sour, wheat-beer like in the mouth, slick texture. easy to drink but not too thrilling.

Draft @ brewpub. Red-orange with slight haze and a stable head. Sweet aroma has a hint of diacetyl. Soft and slick palate. Not flavorful for a beer with this ABV. Dud, my rating is probably too high.

Bottle brought by Michael Rosenow. Enjoying together with some Taybeh brews from Palestine. Beer for peace! A cloudy, light amber color, with a thin fizzy head. Fruity and bubble gum smell. Definitely bottle conditioned. Turns out a bit sour.I thought maybe it got too warm in transit. Though Michael says he was at their brewery and a couple other beer places, and they tend to drink their beers a little sour. Can I put it up to warmer climates?

0.33L bottle, huge thick head with lots of lacing, dark coper colour with rusty orange streaks, malty aroma with some spice and bubblegum, bready malty flavours with a very strong sourness which also dominates the aftertaste, feels a little thick, average.

Pours hazy amber with yellow taints and a gigantic tan head, lots of esters in the aroma with apple, guava, lemon and malty notes, flavor of apples, malt, roasted malt, lemon , marmalade and coriander, medium body, the brewer aimed towards the Amber Ale but actually it’s more like a Dunkel-Weizen.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with a monstrously huge, slowly-diminishing, creamy off-white head - looks very pretty, but you have to wait too long before actually being able to drink. Pleasant hops aroma with flowers, some citrus, passion fruit and some slightly biscuity malt. Sweetish malt flavor, with some toasted bread and biscuit hints, light graininess, fruity notes and a bitter hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. Quite nice.
