This is one of our Salford Series for 2007. Each of the series is brewed using an identical malt grist. What will alter with each beer is the hop formulation. The beers are brewed using classic brewing methods to produce a range of premium traditional-style bitters.
Tenth of the Salford Series - October. This beer was brewed to commemorate the official opening of the Lowry Centre by the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh on 12th October 2000.

A Mes rate. Gravicask at Nottingham Beer Festival.
Light golden brown with a thin white head. Slight chlorine in the aroma but elsewhere it is all really nice sweet malt and light dusty hoppage with some tobacco notes. The malts are nice and tangy and there is some lovely grassy hops for the finish. A proper and nicely balanced bitter.
