COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is one of our Salford Series for 2007. Each of the series is brewed using an identical malt grist. What will alter with each beer is the hop formulation. The beers are brewed using classic brewing methods to produce a range of premium traditional-style bitters. This is the fifth in the 2007 Salford Series available in May. Winning Post marks the anniversary of the first race meeting which took place on the Castle Irwell Racecourse on 26th May 1847. The main hop is Mount Hood.
