500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. The 4.1% and the 4.7% B.B. Dark versions were sold side by side, with a different label. This version pours relatively light reddish brown with a moderate off-white head. Moderate aroma of caramel malts, hints of oak and roastiness. Flavour is relatively sweet and one-dimensional of caramel malts, but not unpleasant. Notes of fresh rye bread. Light bodied, easy drinking.

0,5l bottle. Dark red-brown, a little bit soggy color. Good beige head, stays. Aroma is faint caramel. Tastes sweet, malty, sugar. Bit too watery for a dunkel.

old amateur rating: Clear brown color with a medium sized off white head. Sweet malty flavour. Too sweet.

Medium amber hue. Head was very small and disappeared fast. Taste is lacking, medium presence in the mouth. ’sok.

6 Pleasant sweet and very yeasty (marmitey/meaty) aroma.
3 Laced-with-caramel bold redness, brief head leaving not even a ring.
6 Sweet maltiness, again doped with that meaty yeastiness again. Malts are very sweet, but not actually sugary.
3 Simple smooth palate, quite full, moderate carbonation. Leaves the mouth a little sticky. Finish has gentle noble hop hints, reasonably reminiscent of the cones themselves, and gently bitter.
10 Easy quaffer, but a bit too sweet to really quency your thirst for any length of time.

Bottle 0,5l, pours very dark brown with off white large head, roasted malt, fresh, some dark fruits, ...... flavor is caramel, sweet, flowers,roasted malt.... thin body...

Bottle. Pours clear brown with a medium off white head. The aroma is toasted caramel and light tobacco with some fruity notes. The flavour is sweet caramel, malt, toast and light sweet tobacco. Bitter hoppy finish.

Pours dark amber with a beige head. Aroma is roasted caramel and grassy hop. Flavour is roasted caramel, light bitter and light grass.
