Bottle shared by nimbleprop. Thanks man. Dark brown body with a broken tan head. Mild aroma - brown bread, malt. Hints of milk chocolate. Mild sweetness. Pretty tasty, albeit subtle. Perhaps this could be a bit more bold / assertive.

16oz pint at Bogota Beer Company pours a murky, dark brown with some creamy, clumpy, slightly off white head. Nose has some Hersheys chocolate, toasted malts, some yeast. Flavor is bready, toast, roast, mild coffee grinds, some weak chocolate. Watery finish.

Bottle de Jimena. Pours a surprisingly opaque color, little bit of off white head, aroma slight coffee, burnt toast, maybe some herbal character as well. Body medium roast, if a bit slight. Finish a little underwhelming, some Graham cracker sweetness and slight roasted character. Not bad, not great.
