On tap at the brewery. Flavors are lemon, yeast, malt, citrus. Color are light amber and darker than you would normally associate with a saison. Flavors are hoppy with citrus and a dry finish. I like this one.

Aroma of Belgian yeast with hints of cloves and bananas. Copper coloured with a lasting well laced white head. Sweet banana clove taste with a medium body and a banana finish.

Draft at Beach Brewing. Amber pour with a short white head. Aroma is sweet with honey, grainy and slightly spicy. Taste is sweet with honey, soft grains, light spicy rye and fruit notes. Hints of bubblegum as well. Body is medium with a soft creamy carbonation. Ends with more honey, grains, fruit notes, rye and toasted malt.

Fresh grenade from Beach Brewing. Dark orange pour with a frothy off-white head. Honey moves from the background as the dominant aroma and nearly masks the leather, candi sugar, and light citrus aromas. The flavor is typical of a saison (barnyard, yeast, light citrus) but the honey does add just a bit more sweetness than normal and the rye perhaps gives this beer more body. Both the honey and rye are nice touches on a very well done saison.
