COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A festive Belgian-style tripel, brewed with spices and rock candy. After fermentation, we puree whole cranberries and add them to the beer, lending it a refreshing tartness.

Really nice tripel. 10% is well hidden and it has a nice fuity finish. This brewery was a great find on my trip to VA

Growler. Finally opening it. Figured I can’t sit on it any longer. Pours ruby amber with a medium, foamy tan head. Aroma is sweet with ripe fruit notes, candi sugar, sweet malt, light caramel, faint spice and alcohol notes. Taste ups the spice a bit while keeping the strong candi sugar, ripe fruits, tropical fruit notes, tart berries, sweet malt and grassy hops. Body is light-medium with a soft, creamy carbonation and mild alcohol warmth. Ends with more candi sugar, alcohol, ripe and fermenting fruits, soft spice notes, tart berries and sweet malt. Little too much on the sweet side for me but tasty nonetheless.

Aroma: malty slight spice accented by Belgian yeast character, warmth of alcohol.7+
Appearance: dark brown with medium plus top, sparse lace. 4-
Palate / Taste: medium bodied with thinner walls. Very drinkable for its strength. Mellow, smooth alcohol paired with gentle spice notes. Semi dry at finish. Solid offering.
