TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a sparkling, light to medium yellow with an average to large, white head that at first seemed like it was going to last for a long time, but eventually diminished most of the way, but left fair lacing. It also had great carbonation bubbles. The aroma was light malt, and light herbal and citrus (lemon/lime) hops. The initial flavor was moderately sweet and acidic and also sour, while the finish was moderately sweet and bitter and also sour with an average duration. There was a nice balance between malt and hops, but the flavor seemed somewhat watered down. The light to medium body was watery with fizzy carbonation, and a metallic and lightly astringent finish. hombrepalo (790), Chicago, Illinois, USA

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 31, 2007 Bottle at RVC. Medium gold, decent head. Aroma slight and of bread. Flavor was faintly of bread, a hint of dough, and some very faint citric hops. A bit of drying bitterness on the finish. Not bad, but utterly unremarkable. But nothing truly wrong here.
